Open letter to my Lightning Kicks family;
What an amazing week it has been? We celebrated our 18 year anniversary, Lightning Kicks is now technically an adult! Seriously, 18 years is a very long time for an organization to stay in business. There is no way that would have happened without amazing mentors and teachers, great students and parents, an awesome support staff.
We had a wonderful time with Professor Buiu and Professor Tom. They both traveled here, took time away from their own academies and families to come support us. We learned, we laughed, and we created the future of Lightning Kicks with intention. Thank you to both of my professors, Buiu and Tom, you are awesome.
Our A.I.T. (Assistant Instructor Team) rocked out the kids classes. The kids were pumped after their recent promotions. We rolled out our new team teaching model and it was amazing. Below is the new system we are going to.
